Citizen Kane

ok i’m not one to write a real review but i feel this movie needs one. i almost thought i sat through this whole movie for nothing. the ending ended up being perfect. rosebud. leland is the definition of idgaf and i will leave it there. SUSAN. thank you for leaving him. please put a trigger warning next time for kane. 1/2 star taken away because so many parts were repetitive or went on too long. AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, my favorite part of this movie, the declaration of principles haunting the narrative. it is now my roman empire
