My top 4 consists mainly of animated movies in order to showcase my passion for animation, but check out my [Live-Action Top 10](https://letterboxd.com/gargarbinks1993/list/live-action-top-10/) to get a better view on how I feel about non-animated cinema. I am currently working through the greatest directors of all time's greatest films with a rotating cycle: [Goated Directors Cycle](https://boxd.it/U4Em0) I use Likes to flag films I would genuinely recommend. They are generally reserved exclusively for 4.5 and 5 rated films. If a 4 has a like, it is for one specific attribute, such as beauty or humor. Animation is my THING! I have a very strong personal preference for animated films over live-action films. I always have good animated recommendations :) My main works on Letterboxd are my animated lists. See below for my sprawling master-list that has extensive data and additional information: [The Animated Canon](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1elnAC2pPiJ9X8ip-vv9T1gehjOm799z_4Ye4S8JQPZw/edit?usp=sharing)

Surprisingly good film. Punisher was definitely the highlight.

Definitely ***A*** creation of all time.

**Goated Directors Cycle #60** **Andrei Tarkovsky #4** I really wanted to like this. I just didnt vibe or connect with any of it, honestly. It was a neat film, but since I didn't connect with it, I don't really have anything to say.

Phenomenal Ouroboros tale. The cyclical nature of stories, the archetype of the dragon, and everything is a cycle.
