Scarface

10/10 Pure cinema “THE WORLD IS YOURS”. So many iconic lines, outfits, and scenes just an overall icon movie wise. This felt like it was my biggest blindspot movie wise and therefore genuinely my most anticipated watch ever. And it did not disappoint. Al Pacino quite literally gives I think my favorite performance ever as Tony Montana. This performance just captivated me like no other. Tony Montana is an absolute terrible human and he is literally the twisted American dream embodied in one man. I don’t know why we idolize Tony. Is it Pacino playing the role fantastically, or is it our own twisted minds? The cinematography here was so amazing and easily some of the best visuals i’ve ever seen. Brian De Palma thank you for giving us this absolute masterpiece. And if I had a way to pick how I would go out sure as hell hope I go out like Tony Montana.
