This is the most perfect Spiderman movie you will ever get, everything I love about him is here in abundance. I couldn’t stop crying and I definitely could not stop smiling for the entirety of this thing. Tom Holland is the most perfect Spiderman and there will never be a better performance than this one, he was born to wear that suit and there are moments in this that make you feel so warm and cosy inside. It’s very heartwarming and it’s oh so romantic, Zendaya and Tom’s chemistry is off the charts. The buddy duo of Peter and Frank is one of my favorites in the MCU, they work off each other so well and yeah they are comedic but the more somber moments are really touching. I adore this movie so much and I cannot wait to watch it again. Can’t believe how great this whole thing looks too, was in awe of what Daniel Cretton is doing here. The care put into this is ridiculous levels, performances are so enjoyable and we got the best Hulk we could have gotten. Sadie Sink what a bloody casting too. There is so much I want to get into but don’t want to spoil anything. I am in overdrive thinking about how much this has impacted me, I have waited all my life to have a Spiderman film I love as much as everyone loves other ones and finally that day has come. Smiling from ear to ear with big puffy eyes from crying uncontrollably for nearly two hours.

*Death comes to us all.* A lot different than I was expecting and I mean that very complimentary. Stanley Kubrick creates a very important anti war film that left me feeling quite uncomfortable at certain moments. Made me feel very sad watching the last 30 minutes of this. Script is fantastic and the sets are great. The standout of the film however is Kirk Douglas who puts in such a grounded yet brilliant performance as the Colonel. Don’t really know why I turned this on today but I am thankful I did. Ultimately a hard watch but one that stands time in its views and beliefs on how damaging war is.

*I love you guys.* Wasn’t expecting to come out of a rewatch of this liking it even more. Tom Holland is wonderful as Spiderman in this thing and seeing Tobey and Andrew come back and be done really well puts the biggest smile on my face. I know people are always super critical of all this multiverse stuff but if we never had it then we would never have seen these 3 share the screen together creating one of the most iconic moments in CBM history. No Way Home is just so much fun but also hits a lot harder than the previous Tom Holland movies. Willem Dafoe as the Green Goblin is nuts and seeing Molina back is great. Loved seeing Strange in this and that little moment he has with Peter at the end is really good. I am surprised how much more I liked this on rewatch especially considering I was thinking of lowering my rating for it before this rewatch. Really good Spiderman movie and I couldn’t be more excited for Brand New Day on Wednesday night.

*Give the people what they want.* Dacre Montgomery you fucking freak, I love it. It actually surprised me how good this was. It’s so messed up in every way whilst also providing some very important commentary on censorship on social media. It feels very raw and old school horror with the music and camera work. Locked in from the very start due to the interesting nature of what was being shown in front of me. Detective vibes all over it along with some really fucked up scenes that are difficult to watch. Barbie Ferreira is a wonderful lead and Dacre Montgomery is a weirdo. Visually and stylistically this is so cool and I couldn’t take my eyes off the screen. What a great meta horror this was.
