A deep exploration of human consciousness in relation to what is lost and to what is loved: salvation is possible only through love, but the end proves that it is only spiritual and not physical when Kris is exiled on Solaris. 43/100 Some nice acting, but the script was so bad 😭

70/100 Rob Reiner takes all the usual tropes of a fairytale and adapts them in a fun film that doesn't bore you for a second, with some great acting and tons of quotable lines. It merges irony and nostalgia, and he creates a naive and innocent tale for all ages.
