idk guys I really liked this film but after reading through all the negative reviews it seems that they are all because they don’t understand the movie? it annoys me how a lot of people rate films low because they are too complicated  I thought the concept was really cool and whilst it was initially confusing we learn alongside the protagonist and there was a lot of times where I was like oh shit!! That’s why that happened! I also thought there was quite a few female characters which is a great improvement for nolan shame he couldn’t carry it through to the odessey… but yoh know as much as I complain Nolan is unfortunately crazy talented and has the ability to make these long complex movies without them dragging on and I do love him (if only he could write women 💔😢💔) I love Robert Pattison he was so mysterious and cryptic and hot in this movie

Finally watched this I won’t lie I don’t get the hype…

I think too often this film gets lumped in with the many macho action movies with no discernible plot that consist of big aliens ™️ fighting big robots ™️, and whilst this is a large part of the movie, it also has beautifully written, delicate moments I come back for the awesome scene where gypsy bashes in a kaiju with a container ship and every time I’m caught of guard by the complex relationships and tragedy > “You know, you live in someone else’s head for so long… the hardest part without it is the silence“
