Baby Driver

Baby is probably the best driver since Elwood Blues. However, just like The Blues Brothers this movie's female characters lack any depth or motive beyond beyond their desire for their man, they didn't even give Deborah a rocket launcher, or a flamethrower, so The Blues Brothers has it beaten on that as well. But unlike The Blues Brothers, this movie has kick-ass rymthic cinematography. It has such an electric energy to it that the fun they clearly had making this was infectious, giving me a bigggg ol smile, and killing Kevin Spacey was just the cherry on top to turn that smile into a shit-eating grin.
