8½
I dont know why but i feel Fellini's films really close to me.
I didnt even know that it could have been possible, since im 16.
I thought that I would've found them too complicated, too hard to hard to understand and that I wouldn't have liked them, but here I am.
As of now,I only watched 8½ and La Dolcevita, and in the future i would love to watch La Strada or others of his work.
I Love the fact that these two films are "noir" cuz i think that noir films tend to be expressive and capture emotions in a perfect way.
Plus they really are timeless cause they express concepts that are still reletable to this day,Like the lack of inspiration from 8½,I can feel that.
I mean,i am really drawn to art,Cinema especially, but I dont know if I have what it takes to be part of that world that I really wish to be in as Director,an actor or whatever.
Io non ho niente da dire.
btw that was another maatercalss performance from Mastroianni,Now Im starting to get why they named a pizza after him in Napoli.
I really loved the aestetichs that they chose for him in this film, from the shades to the suits, the hats, and all that.
And i also loved Anouk Aimée in this film. Both here and in La Dolcevita. She was really beatiful.
