Poor Things
This is definetly a Lanthimos movie. Although its curiosities and moments throughout the film when I stared blankly at the screen with a wtf face, I must greatly highlight the importance of this movie to me. Not only through its social statements but also through its cinematography, its music, its colours, its details and its actors. Although weird and eerie, this bizzare gothic film is what the cinema is all about. I could watch another 2 hours of the same thing and I wouldn't mind at all. Makes you feel more complete, from a film-y aspect. Haven't watched any other movies of Lanthimos, but this one definitely caught my eye. Fascinating!!
