Heat
Finally watched Heat, and holy shit. This completely lived up to its reputation and then some. Star-studded cast, unbelievable performances, and some of the best character work you’ll ever see in a crime movie. De Niro and Pacino are both amazing, and I honestly had no idea who I wanted to win by the end.
That shootout is all-time, the movie looks insane in 4K, and the score hits perfectly. Michael Mann directed the hell out of this thing. One of the greatest crime movies ever made. What a fucking experience.
