so emotionally devastating, but so beautiful! both in the story and the way it looks.  i really enjoyed the different explorations of faith, not just religious but just faith in everyday things. jacob’s faith in the land being good and the well not drying up, davids faith in not dying in his sleep. the connection between religious faith and just the faith that average people need to participate in every day. waking up is faith that life is worth living. theres faith in everything, and even the most non-religious people in the world are forced to be faithful. faith is beautiful!!
