Mia Thermopolis (well actually Amelia Mignonette Thermopolis Renaldi) is the prettiest name ever 🥰🥰 I’m really upset I didn’t watch this movie as a child, it would’ve cemented my state of princess even firmer in my head ✨ I really enjoyed this movie, plus!! As an Italian I really like how this movie was made with us in mind: ***** - the flag of Genovia has green and white in it; - Genovia is almost indentical to “Genova” (capital city of the region of Liguria); - “Amelia” is an Italian name 🫶🏻 * I do know the source this movie it’s based off is a book serie by Meg Cabot!

I enjoyed this less than the first one. It felt as if it could’ve been the good second movie in a trilogy, it was a bit rushed (?) I adored seeing more of Genovia though! And the abolition of that stupid marital rule! It was incredibly important to portray a Queen whom can be so just by standing on her own, without having to exists aside a man. 😌👏🏻 I do wish we’ve had more movies!! Long live Her Majesty Amelia Mignonette Termopolis Renaldi, Queen of Genovia. 👸🏻🫶🏻

I couldn’t not watch this one as well! The cast is obviously brilliant, their acting phenomenal. 🫶🏻 I loved the changes, compared to the first adaptation, and I’m happy to see Jo not married. I dislike Amy, and Laurie (Teddy) if I’m honest, I tried my best but I cannot, not the way I want to. (And coming from someone who’s a huge fan/supporter of both Florence and Timotheé is a big one). I’m happy we got to see more of all the March sisters, not that I mind Jo being really the focus, but it was greatly appreciated. 🥰 Oh my dear Beth, somehow it hurts even more in this one. 🕊️

You’re telling me Cindy gets her happy ending but my girl Brenda dies basically at the beginning? Nah. 🙄 And where are Shorty and Ray?? ‼️ I appreciated the scene with Simon Cowell. (Which explains the ⭐️) “These men died for their country. Send flowers to their bitches and hos” “**President Harris**: Get me the President. **John Wilson**: You are the President. **President Harris**: Good. Then I already know about this. Let's order lunch. (These made me giggle I have to admit. Which calls for the 1/2 ⭐️)
