Stripes

I think I would have enjoyed this better had I first seen it as a teenager. John Candy is a delight, as always, and seeing John Larroquette in this reminds me just how good he was in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying on Broadway, and there are some decent laughs throughout.  As a bisexual, this movie features many women with lovely breasts. As a woman, the depiction of women throughout gave me the ick, which is maybe a weird criticism of a movie that is primarily about men in the Army, but that’s how I feel.
