My dad introduced me to the orginal apes movie when I was a kid but this movie is where my love for the apes franchise stems from, while not even the first entry I saw, this was the one that made everything click for me, and now I’m apes pilled 🦧 

I remember watching this with my older brother and my mind was blown, we used to watch movies all the time together and specifically the sci fi ones like this stood out the most, it’s also really fucking good

This has been one of my fav movies for as long as I can remember. When I was a wee baby I would try to write my own version of the hobbit by following along bilbos narration in the beginning.

Maybe the best zombie movie I’ve ever seen, I’ve loved zombies for ever! I used to watch waking dead with my whole family and I think that’s the origins of it? Later my dad showed me the orginal night of the living dead which I loved but couldn’t appreciate at a young age, and like you saw early he also showed me Shawn of the dead. Then I fell in love with telltales walking dead, so yea zombies have been a huge staple for me. But this is some top tier zombie content and I just watched it at 22 years old. Wowza
