What are we.... some kind of Final Destination Bloodlines?! Why did they have all that corny ass cgi and one massive super cool practical set sequence at the end?? What the hell happened there?! I'm like 99% sure the main role was written for Hailee Steinfeld. Anyways glad we're making proper teen horror again.

Nasty sad pathetic gorgeous nightmare. Brilliant performance from Joe Spinell that turns this from a nasty exploitation film to a tragedy. Many of these proto/early slashers have so much more than the "tropes" they invented. Hard to give this five stars due to how gross it made me feel but maybe that's why it should be?? Great movie.

Sometimes I watch a movie like this and it looks better than most of the movies i've seen that have come out this year and it makes me die a little  Happy 4th
