lowkey pagod na ako sa Catholicism as source of conflict sa Pinoy GL xD pero super cute film! i have to admit tho: first parts were so, so difficult to watch. all the rejections, ridicules, she faced hit so close to home. how many times was i excluded by people for being shitty at sports despite being 5'8? all the times i was told na sayang ang height ko, eh wala namang nagbo-bother na magturo talaga sa akin xD. did people just expect that i should've been born good at sports just as i was born with genes for height? buti nga si Ace she had some people patient enough to actually teach her xD (the volleyball coach and whoever taught her basketball) the queerness metaphor to it also hit too close, even though it was subtle lang... the way Ace was excluded by the male/basketball players, then when she got into an all-female environment with the volleyball players, she was still excluded (at first)... MY GOD! the way i have no original experiences! anyway: "Mine mo na, dali. Baka... maunahan ka pa."Ace leans closer. "Mine." BADING!!!!
