Se7en

Good, yes. Great? For a part. Perfect? No. The overall mood of this film does so much heavy lifting for an interesting yet very typical cop movie that lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes. The murders were interesting but I’m not going to be shocked by murders in a crime film. There needs to be something more there.  Freeman and Pitt were fun to watch and had a good dynamic but nothing grabbed me and shook me.  Until those last 20 minutes.  Me and my bud knew what was going to happen but that didn’t matter. The dialogue jumps from good to spectacular and the filming quality exceeds all expectations and I can finally SEE what’s going on.  Overall, good movie followed by perfect ending.  Mills did nothing wrong AMEN!
