Sinners
you dance with the devil, and someday he’s gonna follow you home.
Absolutely loved this, loved the music, the acting, the plot.
Really wasn’t expecting it to have such a focus on the importance of music, community, and culture - but absolutely adored it. The hour spent setting up the characters and setting worked well to create stakes and tension.
Beautiful blend of horror, music, and concept. Touching on racial tensions, history, and culture.
