a pretty fucking bonkers movie. the second flashback sequence was my favorite, what an incredibly dark but hilarious turn. giving off some heavy-handed boomer "phone bad" energy sometimes, but in the age of AI- i think it's a bit deserved!!!

so many good freaky little puppets. i love how everything looks, but unfortunately the visuals really carried the story, it was just too ambitious for 90 minutes. overall i still liked it! my favorite shots were the zoomed out ones where the gelflings were just children running around in costumes.

i knew this would be super low budget but they didn't even try it's crazy
