I watched the TV series with Joel Kinnaman as the father, it was absolute fuck.. (in a good way). This adaptation shows out Hanna's backstory much more clearly than the movie. Im so glad they didnt force the girls into some random "team up," it wouldnt have made sense, especially with Sandy. Cause at first i almost thought this is going to be girls-super-mysterious-squad. Probably cause i watched too many Winx episode and D.E.B.S..
