Love Exposure

i went into this blind and it felt like a fever dream the entire time but every minute of this 4 hour film was a masterpiece — the scene where yoko passionately recites corinthians 13 to yu whilst on a beach with beethoven playing in the background was jaw dropping-ly beautiful. perfect film for me to watch whilst bedridden with illness and yoko is one of the best female characters in film history.
