THIS IS THE BEST ANIMATED MOVIE EVER!! HEARTBREAKING! MY ASS WAS CRYING WHILE WATCHING THIS WHEN I WAS 6 YEARS OLD! AND I STILL WATCHED IT OVER AND OVER! this was THE road-trip movie!!!

I haven’t cried this hard because of a movie in a hot minute. not just the last twenty minutes, but damn near the entire thing. Todd was the only one to jump off of Mr. Keating’s desk in the dark. He was the only one who didn’t write a poem, having to make one up on the spot, walking into the unknown. He was the only one to speak up when Mr. Keating was leaving. And he was the first to step on his desk. Oh Captain, My Captain.  The quiet kids absorb everything. We’re the ones that change the world.  A good teacher can give the quiet kids courage. to become themselves and to stand up for themselves and their friends, when no one else will. It’s not conformity, it’s loyalty. Love, even.
