Queer

Without a doubt, the way Luca depicts intimacy, both physical and emotional, is beautiful. Throughout the film you can feel a connection with Lee that is a bit bittersweet but necessary, as queer people are constantly in a feeling of loneliness, desperation and the desire to be seen. Needless to say, not all queer people feel this way, but I know a great many do. I think the film speaks more than a thousand words and that's what I like this without a doubt, the shots where there are not even words feels like a caress to the soul, genuinely there were moments where I could not help but feel immersed, and that is a feeling that I personally valued too much when I'm watching a film. It's really interesting, important, magnetic to be able to visualize the graphic representation of the constant desire to be seen, it's comforting.
