this was my first time ever watching a directorial work by donald glover in anything, and while the plot wasn't entirely plain, the only thing that stood out to me were the visual aspects, like all the seven (or six? i don't think the mockumentary one has it) distinct title cards for each episode, the aspect ratio, the color grading, the grainy texture, and the overall cinematography
