Persona

I am speechless. This was perhaps one of the most interesting film experiences I have ever had and the craziest thing is that apart from the incredible direction by Ingmar Bergman I can’t really explain what I found so amazing about this. But I do think that this might be one of the most well directed films I’ve ever seen. I especially found the close up facial shots, and the way the lighting was done in them, so fucking amazing. Those eyes were so frightening and beautiful at the same time. I don’t even think there are words to describe my experience with this film. Fucking incredible, I’ll just leave it at that.
