Send Help

Bradley: "Sorry I gassed your eye out!" Linda: "Sorry I stabbed you!" Is that the kind of humor I want to enjoy? Oh hell yes! Throughout the movie, I had a blast. It was funny and sometimes even just hilarious while not dragging the movie into absurdity. It's the perfect balance between comedy and suspense that makes this movie so entertaining as I was engaged from beginning to the end. Rachel McAdams as Linda Lidlle delivers a fantastic performance and results with Dylan O' Brien as Thomas, I mean Bradley Preston in a perfect chemistry. The movie is pretty shallow and doesn't go beyond surface level yet that's not what I expect from a comedy horror movie. The only aspect that occasionally held the film back was the CGI since it looked weak at times insofar as it really broke the immersion for me sometimes yet it doesn't overshadow the movie's strengths. Overall Send Help is a highly-entertaining movie that perfectly blends comedy with suspense and only has few rough visuals that are being made up by the movie's energy and performances.
