A Bug's Life
Flik should have said "for the colony and for oppressed and exploited bugs everywhere" with everything that implies.
The national liberation struggle wasn't waged on clear enough class lines, so the lessons of the experience weren't directly transfered to the international stage—to the troupe which remained exploited by the petit-bourgeois flea, even after fighting on the front lines to free Ant Island. Perfect otherwise. To be fair, as smart as Flik is, you can't expect the guy to overcome ant biology with a box of wood scraps. And I guess ants have castes, and not classes? Idk... But once again, it seems the best outcome for a revolutionary ant is becoming king?
