maybe it’s because i watched this in my study abroad kitchen on my computer with the lights on, but this was so boring to me. literally had to force myself to finish it. no idea how it got nominated for best picture, but i do understand the cinematography nom! very visually beautiful, but still incredibly boring and uneventful.

starting my best picture noms watch! very beautiful and i can see the appeal, but not necessarily a genre i gravitate towards. i don’t think i’d have watched it outside this context

had such a fun time figuring out who’s voices i was hearing! plus got to see the figures on friday at the wes anderson exhibition 🤩

like this was so fun but why does every dancing scene genuinely feel 10 minutes long with no words i need them to split it up a bit. also watched on a plane while nauseous so🤔
