film #8 of october film challenge a good film, dare i say, brilliant, dare i say… perfect? i will dare to say that. one of my first Korean films and i loved it and i now see why it’s the most popular film on letterboxd and deservedly so. every miniature detail had a world and a half of thought behind it and bong joon ho is and absolute genius and i really can’t praise this film enough because it’s so brilliant and gritty. powerfully conveys what people will do for material things and the greediness of society, it just keeps taking from you and taking from you but in the famous words of the spice girls ‘Taking is to easy but that’s the way it is.’
