Who defines the worth of an object? A topic on architecture and furniture design. I was just bluffed by those breathtaking shots and the slow pace à la manière de Michelangelo Antonioni. I liked the duality between those staggering prices at auction houses and the same furniture in their real environment, with wear, tear, and graffiti. It definitely tackles our European view on the worth of an object, whereas in another culture the worth can be defined by functionality. Yes, we can obviously criticize Le Corbusier and his team, but seeing those timeless buildings and those functional furnitures more than 50 years later, I only see the accomplishment of the designers: the perfect integration of their creations into the environment. That was such a pain to find, but it was definitely worth it! If you find it too slow, keep scrolling on TikTok.

" Peut-être qu'avec les remords commence la liberté, peut-être qu'avec les remords commence la liberté, j'ai entendu ça quelque part..." Beau travail comme suite du Petit Soldat, Claire Denis qui complète Godard, Bruno Forestier 40 ans plus tard, excellent !
