This movie stressed me out so bad like why was EVERYONE doing the most

This film was messy, emotional, comforting, uncomfortable, and weirdly beautiful all at the same time. Every performance was insane especially Angelina Jolie. The whole film just has this feeling to it that stays in your head after. One of those movies that understands being lost without trying too hard to explain it.

Rewatched and still obsessed  Already knew what happens but I was still fully locked in the whole time.

This was SO good, I was locked in the whole time, no boring parts at all. Jaafar Jackson was amazing in it, especially for an acting debut it’s actually crazy,  but it also makes sense because Michael Jackson is his uncle so it must be within him. Colman Domingo was just as incredible too, every scene he was in had so much presence. The music and acting were amazing and everything just flowed really well. It just kept reminding me why he’s a music legend in the first place.
