Marvel Zombies

Episode 1 This episode was fun. I like that the show is actually killing off characters and that it focuses on some newer and lesser known characters. So far Blade as Konsus avatar is the best character and fits right into the Marvel universe. Its also cool to see some unusual character combinations. Unfortunately the story and the pretty inconsistent ways the zombies act hold it back for me so far, hopefully it gets better throughout the series. 3½ out of 5 stars Episode 2 This episode gets slightly better than the first. The standout moment this episode was Yelenas death (assuming they dont bring her back later). This episode really got the story started and showed a cool use of the raft prison as well as Namour and the underwater zombies. I still don't think the comedy quite fits in most scenes and would prefer a darker overall tone but its still good. 4 out of 5 stars Episode 3 This show has gotten slightly better every episode hopefully the next episode follows that trend. Rockets death and Black Panters sacrifice to kill zombie Thanos where amazing moments as was the death of Alexi. Unfortunately none of these deaths get room to breathe and be felt since the show is constantly moving. While the pacing weakens the emotional moments it allows the show to never be boring. SInce before a scene can get boring its over and we're moved onto the next scene. This episode also keeps the story getting better especially with the twist that the Nova Corps are "villains" giving our characters less hope than they had before. Overall I wish the emotional moments got room to breathe and the comedy was tonned down a little other than that this episode was great. 4 out of 5 stars Episode 4 Theres not much to say about this episode but the big final fight was great. Im not the biggest fan of the cliffhanger especially with Disney's reputation of canceling or delaying projects but if a season 2 does happen this this show has the possibility to become one of Marvel's best. My hopes for a second season is that they give more time for emotional moments like Character deaths and tone the comedy down like it was in this finale 4½ out of 5 stars Overall This show was really good. Hopefully season two can improve where this show lacked and create an even better overall show. 4 out of 5 stars
