Watched the entire movie in French cus I was bored. Loved it

GENUINELY SO GOOD. A masterpiece. The way they blended the old songs with the new ones. Every frame was magical, necessary, and intended. Soooooo awesome!!!!

Again, i expected an absolutely amazing movie because of the praise and high ratings but honestly it just didn’t hit me the way I thought it would. For a film so widely considered “the greatest of all time” I found it surprisingly predictable and not nearly as impactful as people make it out to be. So much better movies than this one. I kept waiting for the moment when everything would click and Id finally understand the hype, but it never really happened. The story was good yea but it didn’t exceed my expectations or leave me with the emotional punch I was hoping for. Maybe it’s one of those movies that resonates deeply with some people and just doesn’t land the same way for others. It was a solid film, but overrated.

Nobody could’ve played Django better than Jamie Foxx. Incredible
