unfortunately it just didn't fully work for me. it definitely kept me watching because it is a thriller and there were moments where i genuinely wanted to know what was going to happen next, but once i thought about the movie as a whole, there were way too many things that bothered me. the biggest problem for me was the acting and some of the characters. i never felt fully convinced by some of the relationships or reactions between the characters. there were moments where the performances felt a little too forced for what was supposed to be a tense or emotional scene. the plot also had some problems. i liked the general idea and the twists kept things moving, but some of them felt messy or convenient rather than genuinely clever.  that being said, i can't say i was completely bored. the movie knows how to create tension, and there were definitely scenes where i was invested and waiting to see what would happen next. the atmosphere and whole setup had so much potential. i just wish the characters and story had been stronger because there was a really good thriller hiding somewhere in here. entertaining enough to get through, but definitely not one i'll be thinking about for long.
