Full Metal Jacket

A fucking brutal depiction of the horrific art called war. It shows how the world has forever weaponized ignorance, hatred, and mental illness; simply for the 1%’s gain. All at the cost of innocent men, women, and children’s lives. “They’d rather be alive than free I guess, poor dumb bastards” Deeply disturbing, horrifyingly immersive. Stanley Kubrick is one of the best anti-war film makers.
