Shrek 2

Ooo, this movie is incredible from start to finish!  Such a hilarious, emotional, and overall consistently entertaining experience that this movie is! Not even the first time I’ve watched it, obviously, but it’s just so good this time! The message hits perfectly, and it’s soo heartfelt to see that Shrek was so willing to change for Fiona like she did for him in the first installment of this series, and then Fiona reacting like “how many times do I gotta tell you? I’m not in this for looks!”, so great. Also like I said, this movie is fucking hilarious. I think the scene where Shrek, Fiona, and Donkey are travelling to Far Far Away was slightly more funny than like anything in the movie, just so good, so quotable, ughh!  HOWEVER, this entire movie is quotable, and I’m not even gonna try listing off lines at 11pm because, I mean, it’s a Shrek movie. You already know them by heart. Just also wanted to mention the soundtrack is fucking great. Had me getting out of my seat multiple times, like we never stop having fun during this movie! Overall, excellent as fuck, nobody could’ve executed it better than Dreamworks, especially during the 2000s.  Fuck yeah!
