Before Sunset
I hate this movie. I hate it so so so much, how everything was fucking imperfect. I hate how it makes me feel pain deep in my chest and fill the hole in me with something akin to longing. I hate that the dialogue was so on point with how people talk in real life that it made me feel as if I was involved as well. I hate how it felt although there were no cuts in between, like we just saw how they connected again after all those years, how intimate it was, we could feel it. And that ending was perfect, I wouldn't want it to end some other way. In short, I love it
**“I was reminded that it all happened and it was real.”
**“I always act like I’m detached but I’m dying inside bc I’m numb”
In a way, the first and second movie, they both reminded me of my own experience in love. How we met again after a year or so and talked as if it was the last time we would meet and maybe it was.
