Joel was a very interesting character, someone even in a world full of giant monsters still manages to make his way to the woman he loves. My favorite moment ad to be the gas station scene, it was beautiful. The short escape from the brutal reality of everything going on, the song, the memories and the jellyfish really gives you that peaceful feeling. Until you remember that there’s literally giant insects trying to eat you. *>

I guess we always were.” ***> *What the cuss, I love Fantastic Mr. Fox. One of my absolute favorite movies ever,  since I was a kid. The characters, the plot, the soundtrack and the story were all so beautifully crafted. I always find myself rewatching this movie, I honestly wish there were more movies like this now, more animated movies that have that same artistic feeling. I honestly wish that Wes Anderson would make another animated movie like this one, whether it’s a book or his own thing. Oh how I relate so much to Ash. *
