Yeah. YEAH YEAH. Yeah My ratings are all over the place. Mainly love horror though. Has my heart

Maybe it's because I was going into this film knowing it'd be bad from the last time I watched it, but I actually enjoyed the film rewatching it. The villain is definitely the weakest part of this movie, which shouldn't be the case of a superhero film. But the concepts and ideas that are introduced into the film are really cool and interesting, and I like that they are used instead of just shown once and never used again. Like the portals between worlds during the final fight was really cool. The story wasn't anything special but it also wasn't boring. I do really like the relationship between Thor and Loki and then Thor and Jane. Was really cool seeing Jane get to go to Asgard and the rest of the group bring up the events of New York from the first avengers film and how it affected Erik Selvig and stuff. Thought it did a fine job introducing The Aether into the mcu. Like I said definitely still one of the weaker entries in the mcu, but not as bad as I remembered. I almost skipped this one, but I'm glad I didn't.

This is the last time I blind buy a film from Paul Thomas Anderson. Not that it was bad or anything, the cast is stacked and there were some really well done scenes. Like the drug deal scene genuinely had me nervous and on the edge of my seat. Just thought the film would be about a 70s jazz dance club or something. It was definitely not about that... was not expecting a film about a young Mark Wahlberg entering the adult film business. If anyone has any 70s jazz dance films to recommend let me know please. Thanks. Speaking of music though, the soundtrack was really good in this film. The film overall was pretty good. Like an 8/10 Also, I do not think Dirk Diggler is cut out for the music business. Only heard a part of that song but it sounded like hot ass.

It's still a really really really really good looking film. It's so beautiful 😭 I know giving a comedy film like this 4 stars seems crazy but a film that can make me laugh so many times over and over each time I watch it. That's a good film in my books.
