Aftersun

i had high expectations coming into aftersun and while watching it i was really disappointed cause it was really boring and i think thats the main flaw of it. it feels like its building up for something big but the big thing never happens. its only after watching this movie i appreciated it. the second the film has ended i got this feeling in my heart so i realised that once i understand what makes aftersun so deep, the emotions are gonna hit and i had a pretty hard time figuring that out so i did my research and it all started to make sense, the movie actually did great job presenting the issue its about and it made me think for quite a long time. watching the movie was like hearing a joke that you didn’t understand at first but you come back home thought about it and its the funniest joke you’ve ever heard. cant give it a 5 tho cause its boring, at least on the first watch, i think that a 2nd watch will give me a better perspective
