Oddity

this is scary as fuck 😭😭. this movie is so tense from beginning to end like everything from the atmosphere, the sound design, the editing, and the cinematography it just creates this dread filled experience. the mystery was also super intriguing and unexpected, like when the twist came i was gagged. this movie doesnt really rely on jumpscares, but a few are sprinkled around during appropriate times with literally so much tension and build up i literally jumped out of my seat. and honestly i would rather have a few jumpscares that make all me scream and jump rather than 30 cheap jumpscares that make me gasp a bit.. the performances also oh my god they are amazing, especially carolyn bracken.
