The Thin Red Line

This is the best war movie I’ve ever seen. One of the most brutal movies too. Brilliant performances and a beautiful depiction of nature ignoring man and time continuing forward. Malick showcases futility of death and the passage of time intertwining. Nature is cruel, and Malick showcases that with immense talent.
