Batman Begins

8.9/10 I have always heard how hyped up this trilogy is and my expectations were hit and I still love Christopher Nolan as a director. The score is incredible and I love the dark and gloomy visual in this movie. This movie doesn't feel dull at all even though the first hour is an origin story. I also love Cillian murphy, he is one of my favorite actors and the way he portrays scarecrow is so good even though I wish he got more screentime. The visual effects are also so cool, some of the shots in this movie actually amazed me for this coming out in 2005. The fights scenes do not look very good in this movie, and at times its hard to buy into the villain plot line. Katie Holmes character is very bland and I cannot buy into there romance. The final fight scene is very anticlimactic unfortunately. There are so many amazing things about this movie that outshine the bad things even though there are a decent amount of unmissable things that I didn't mention.
