Another Round
Struggling to quantify how good a movie is in a review is a known obstacle but I do not think it is to the degree of which I am, I will do my best to yield a short summary? I may have just witnessed my favourite performance in cinema… Mads Mikkelsen has to be top 5 white people of all time. There are so many memorable lines, the cinematography is hypnotising and the performances and the dialogue are bonkers. Everything clicked, even despite me not being an alcohol drinker (the alcohol aspect is the very surface of this movie). I was cheesing so hard at the end and rightfully so because it was a beautiful way to end this joyful yet tragic story about alcoholism. Someone get me 1,000,000 beers.
