the last hour of this film is genuinely peak cinema. i’m definitely going to rewatch this sometime soon because the plot twist is insane.

okay this may be my favourite film of all time now. firstly the whole film takes place right around the corner. the 52 bus what a pull. hampstead heath the park i get drunk in. obviously i have huge bias to this as the locations in the film are where i grew up and my whole life.  this is the prefect romcom. i was genuinely invested in william and anne’s story. i felt inclined to root for them for the entire film. i aspire to make my mannerism as british as william thackers one day.
