Waco

A gripping and enthralling experience. I watched this on a flight from Sydney to Dallas and to say I was invested is an understatement. Given the real life events of Waco, I found that the series did an excellent job handling the nuances for the most part: David Koresh was a manipulative and enigmatic cult leader who was also, like many of his brethren, a pedophile, the series does not shy away from portraying him as such while also showing just how convincing and mystifying he was to his followers. Overall a very well done and perfectly acted series.
