Watching The Rock is, objectively, the correct way to start 2026.

I really enjoyed watching Paris, Texas. The movie looks absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere is very unique and cozy. Totally my vibe. The story, the characters, the mystery, everything comes together and creates a very pleasant film to go through. However, I will say that I think this movie is slightly overrated. Based on the rating it gets here on Letterboxd, I was expecting something a bit more. Not to say it's bad, because it's great, but it might not be the masterpiece you're expecting.
