i’m fucking pissed and i’m gonna lay into this movie.  this was the dumbest male fantasy movie i’ve ever seen in my life.  he bangs this girls mom every day for the whole summer to the point he freeloads off his parents everyday even though he needs to get his life together, then starts going out with a girl and then she finds out he was banging her mom AND SHE RUNS AWAY WITH HIM? AFTER CRASHING THE WEDDING? ? bro fuck this movie and why do simon and garfunkel keep playing the same song for like thirty minutes.  everybody in this stupid movie is insufferable and i was bewildered to see all the positive comments and ratings and i wonder if we saw the same movie.  dustin hoffman was acting so shitty he made tommy wiseau seem like a good actor.  Mr. Robinson was the only person i could genuinely like, why the hell would he be okay with this bozo ben marrying his daughter after he was having sex with his wife? all in all fuck this movie because they spilled testosterone on the script and forgot to write any kind of coherent story.  i’m giving it one star because i liked Mr. Robinson yelling at ben.
