the first half was so beautiful, but then it became a “wait what” situation. but if you look beyond that, the message is profound and harsh. “last chance” but it’s just children, it’s children who need help, children who were never allowed to be children. beautiful story, and Cillian’s is just beyond extraordinary, so deep and so raw, i could feel it through the screen.
