Full Metal Jacket

I think it was a great movie with a very powerful massage. I felt it wasn’t actually a full movie but two small parts. The first part was the evolution of the “camp” where it was a bubble where the war was romanticized and prasied. The second part in my opinion was much more powerful where the will of the soldiers was jaded slowly. As the movie continues the war and the love of it becomes more and more real. The final scene shows the final straw where the final act of both mearcy and inhumanity in war. I think there was some amizing shots in this movie. And it showed the full on evil and unnecessary side of war.
